A private one to one with Gemma will be a safe, non-judgemental session where your confidentiality is prioritised and where you will be equipped with the tools to help you create and sustain a practice to achieve and maintain wellness through the transformative practices of yoga.

This is an amazing option as it allows you to choose a time that works best for your schedule. It is also ideal if a group class is not for you or not available to suit your schedule.

If you already attend regular classes this is a great option to help you develop your own self practice or address any current limitations or goals.
